Terms of Sale

Last updated: 24 July 2026.

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a paid hosting subscription from us. Using the DMJBot - Personal AI Assistant software on your own machine is free and is covered by our Terms of Use, not by this page.

1. Who you are contracting with

Kateryna Lysenko-Gelembiuk trading as DMJBot, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

14 Fallow Park, Wallsend, NE28 9GA, United Kingdom
domyjobbot@gmail.com

2. What you are buying

2.1 A paid subscription gives you a hosted instance of the DMJBot - Personal AI Assistant software: we run it for you on our infrastructure, on a subdomain we provide, so that you do not have to install or maintain anything.

2.2 The AI is not included. DMJBot - Personal AI Assistant works with a large language model provided by a third party such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek. You create your own account with the provider of your choice and enter your own API key inside your instance. That provider bills you directly for your usage. We never see, collect or store that key, and we do not resell AI capacity.

2.3 It follows that a subscription without your own API key will not answer a single message. We say this before you pay, and again during checkout, because it is the one thing that most often surprises people.

3. Price and payment

3.1 Prices are shown on our Plans page and are the total you pay. Where tax is due on a sale it is already included in the price shown; we do not add anything at checkout.

3.2 Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled.

3.3 Payment is taken by our payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.

3.4 We may change our prices. A change never affects a subscription you already hold: you continue at the price you signed up at for as long as that subscription runs.

4. Delivery

Your instance is built automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed. This usually takes a few minutes. Your dashboard shows the progress and then the address of your instance.

5. Your right to cancel

5.1 If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason.

5.2 Because your instance is built immediately, you are asking us to begin the service straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days, you are refunded what you paid less a proportionate amount for the period the service was actually available to you.

5.3 To cancel, use the cancel button in your account, or simply email us. Details, including what happens after the 14 days, are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Cancelling later, and renewals

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future charges; your hosting keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is then removed. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

7. Your data

7.1 Your instance holds your data. When a subscription ends, we keep your instance data for a short period in case you return or ask for a copy, and then delete it. Ask us before that point if you want an export.

7.2 How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and support

8.1 We aim to keep your instance running continuously, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level. Maintenance, updates and occasional restarts happen.

8.2 Support is by email at domyjobbot@gmail.com. We are a small business and answer as quickly as we reasonably can.

8.3 If the service is unavailable for a long period through our fault, contact us and we will put it right, which may include a refund for the affected time.

9. Acceptable use

Your hosted instance is subject to the same acceptable-use rules as the software itself — see our Terms of Use. We may suspend an instance being used unlawfully or in a way that damages our infrastructure or other customers. Where we can, we will contact you first.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10.2 Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with a subscription is limited to the amount you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

10.3 We are not liable for the output of the AI model, which is produced by your chosen provider in response to your instructions. Review its work before relying on it for anything important.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms of Sale. The version that applies to you is the one published when you subscribed or last renewed. Material changes will be notified by email before your next renewal.

12. Law, and how to complain

12.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

12.2 If something has gone wrong, please email us first — most things are settled in a message or two. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything on this page.
