Welcome to DMJBot - Personal AI Assistant (the "Service"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and the DMJBot - Personal AI Assistant software ("Do My Job Bot"). By accessing the website or using the software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the software.
1. What we provide
1.1 DMJBot - Personal AI Assistant is a personal AI assistant for work automation. It is currently distributed free of charge as software (for example, as a Docker container) that you run and host yourself in your own environment.
1.2 We do not currently operate a paid, hosted (SaaS) version of the Service. You are responsible for installing, configuring, running and securing your own instance of the software.
1.3 This website is provided to share information about the project and to let interested users join our waitlist.
2. License and acceptable use
2.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, free license to use the software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and to any license file distributed with the software.
2.2 You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.
- Use the Service to violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Misrepresent the origin of the software or remove applicable copyright and license notices.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this website or its systems.
2.3 You are solely responsible for the instructions you give the software, the integrations and credentials you connect to it, and the actions it performs on your behalf.
3. Third-party services and tools
The software can connect to third-party services and tools (such as email, cloud storage, messaging, issue trackers and other AI tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and use them.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website, together with the DMJBot - Personal AI Assistant name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. Rights to the software are governed by these terms and any accompanying license.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your requirements. Because the software acts autonomously based on your instructions, you should review and test its behavior before relying on it for important tasks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the website or the software.
7. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may modify or discontinue the website, the software, or these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to these terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website if you violate these terms. You may stop using the software at any time by removing your own instance.
